How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who contacts Cdeditor Remodeling to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to make a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics We Can Hear About

You can write to us about any of these:

  • How you were treated when you called or contacted Cdeditor Remodeling
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Content on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own quotes, contracts, prices, work and customer service. If a remodeling project goes wrong, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what was said.

Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who keeps falling short of our expectations may be removed. Know that Cdeditor Remodeling cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or act on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@cdeditor.beer and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Afterward, we will share what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For trouble with a contractor, a state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help.
